Licensing
Insurance status
Pricing
Workmanship
Availability

Consumers are responsible for independently evaluating any contractor before hiring.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kings Home Services shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, contractor disputes, service quality issues, delays, pricing disputes, or missed appointments.

Any disputes regarding services must be resolved directly between the consumer and contractor.

Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and software are property of The Kings Home Services and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which The Kings Home Services operates.
