Lead Generator Terms & Conditions

These Lead Generator Terms & Conditions govern contractor participation in The Kings Home Services lead distribution network.
Independent Contractor Status
Participating contractors remain independent businesses. Nothing contained herein creates an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship between The Kings Home Services and participating contractors.and Conditions.
Lead Distribution
The Kings Home Services collects consumer inquiries and distributes leads to contractors based on factors including, but not limited to:
- ZIP Code Coverage
- Contractor Participation Status
- Service Category
- Availability
- Internal Lead Routing Procedures
Lead assignment decisions are solely determined by The Kings Home Services.
No Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed in writing, participation does not grant exclusive rights to any territory, ZIP code, market, or service category.
The Kings Home Services reserves the right to modify service areas and contractor assignments at any time.
Lead Fees
Contractors agree to pay applicable lead fees as outlined in their participation agreement.
Fees may vary based on:
- Service Category
- Geographic Location
- Lead Type
- Market Demand
No Guarantee of Results
The Kings Home Services does not guarantee:
- Number of Leads
- Lead Quality
- Conversion Rates
- Revenue Generated
- Consumer Responsiveness
Contractors acknowledge that results will vary.
Lead Ownership
Leads distributed through the platform are provided for the contractor’s use in servicing the requesting consumer.
Contractors may not resell, redistribute, transfer, or assign leads without written consent.
Consumer Information
Contractors agree to:
- Use consumer information solely for responding to requested services
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws
- Maintain confidentiality of consumer information
Contractor Responsibilities
Participating contractors are solely responsible for:
- Licensing
- Insurance
- Permits
- Compliance with Local Laws
- Workmanship
- Customer Service
- Contracts with Consumers
Suspension or Termination
The Kings Home Services may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Non-Payment
- Consumer Complaints
- Fraudulent Activity
- Misrepresentation
- Violation of These Terms
Limitation of Liability
The Kings Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the lead network.
Modification of Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
